This recipe has to be one of the easiest out there, yet gets such great feedback every time I make it. It’s also very adaptable, you can make simple chocolate truffles by rolling them in cocoa, or coating them in melted chocolate or, as I like to do, you can decorate them to look like mini Christmas puddings!
These make the perfect present for teachers or colleagues around Christmas time, and are super cute served along with tea and coffee on Christmas day.
Ingredients (makes approximately 55)
500g Oreos
250g cream cheese
White chocolate melts
Red glacé cherries
Green mini M&Ms
Method
Blitz oreos in a food processor until very fine crumbs form.
Add cream cheese and blitz until combined.
Roll into little balls (about 1 teaspoon worth).
Melt white chocolate in the microwave or in a bowl over a pot of boiling water.
Using a teaspoon, carefully drizzle top with white chocolate so it looks like custard.
Top with chopped glacé cherries, chopped raspberry lollies, M&Ms or sugar pearls.
